The Laura Mercier brand is part of the brand portfolio owned by Orveon Global Ltd ("Orveon") and its affiliates, and its or their subsidiaries and (direct and indirect) parent companies from time to time (together, the "Orveon Group", "Laura Mercier", "we", "us" or "our"). We provide the services available on the Site to you subject to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). By accessing or using the Site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms. By accessing this site in any way, including, without limitation, browsing this Site, using any information, and/or submitting information to us, you agree to and are bound by the terms, conditions, policies, and notices contained on this page.
If you are based outside of the UK or accessing the Site from another country, you cannot make a purchase from this Site as we do not deliver products outside of the UK.
From time to time we may update this Site and these Terms. Your use of this Site after we post any changes to these Terms constitutes your agreement to those changes. You agree to review these Terms periodically to ensure that you are familiar with the most recent version. Laura Mercier may, in its sole discretion, and at any time, discontinue this Site or any part thereof, with or without notice, or may prevent your use of this Site with or without notice to you. ABOUT THIS SITE
The Site is owned or controlled by Orveon Global Ltd (on behalf of the Orveon Group), which is registered in England & Wales with company number 13618162 (and VAT registration no: [392 7904 58]) and whose registered office is at Suite 1, 3rd Floor 11 - 12 St James's Square, London, United Kingdom, SW1Y 4LB.
To be eligible to purchase goods on this Site and to lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Site under English law you must: (a) be aged 18 or older; and (b) register on the Site; and (c) be in the UK and accessing the Site from the UK; and (d) be the holder of a valid debit/credit card.
This contract shall be concluded in English.
All prices indicated for products available via the Site are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered and delivery charges as set out in the Delivery section of the Site.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CONTRACT CREATION
You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Site. Once you have placed your order, we will send to you an email acknowledgement providing you with the details and value of your order, which has been debited to your credit/debit card. This is not an order acceptance.
Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order (see Cancellations), our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when we have dispatched the goods ordered by you (again via email confirming your items have been dispatched).
If you require any information regarding your order(s) please contact Customer Services via email at email@example.com
If you require a VAT invoice, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You may pay using any of the methods specified in the 'payment details' section shown when you proceed to checkout. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, whether in advance or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
Upon receipt, you must inspect the goods. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order and/or you return the goods in accordance with our Returns Policy. If no such action is taken, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.
If you have not received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you when your order was received, please contact Customer Services email@example.com.
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item (with receipt) within 30 days of delivery if the product is in its original condition.
You have the right to a price reduction, or the right to demand a full refund of the price paid and your reasonable costs of returning the products, if:
1) the product delivered is not what you ordered (including any substitute products), or does not correspond with its description; or
2) the product delivered is not of satisfactory quality.
Please note that we're currently unable to offer product replacements.
If you choose to return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete, or incorrect delivery, delivery charges are not refundable, and you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us.
Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage when you return the goods to us. You should retain your proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for missing returns.
For more information on the returns process, please refer to our Returns Policy, or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and Customer Service will explain to you how to proceed.
If Laura Mercier issues a refund and you fail to return any products to us where required to do so and/or fail to make them available for collection after receiving notice requiring you to do so, Laura Mercier shall be entitled to compensation from you equal to the sum of the purchase price for the relevant products and the original delivery charges. You hereby authorise Laura Mercier to deduct any such sums from the payment method used by you to make the purchase.
By law, customers located in the UK have the right to withdraw from the online purchase of an item within 14 days of the day the item is delivered. You can exercise this right in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
